Electric moonson


The musical work of Electric Monsoon begins in 2005 in Chile. Claudio Perez (Clavija) and Martin Chalissery, along with Brazilian percussionist Jair Bispo (under the name of Thakita-tres) seek to merge their musical languages,different textures and rhythms into his music by incorporating various ethnic and contemporary instruments, achieving a fusion of rhythms estate from Chile, Brazil and India.

 

Today this music project crosses to the other side
of the planet to continue the search for and share
the sounds of different cultures of Latin America and India, with a load of contemporary fusion and with a repertoire in Malayalam, English and Spanish.


In 2011, along with percussionist Sunil Kumar, establishing the current formation of Electric monsoon, where together these 3 musicians explored and developed his passion for folk songs and theatrical atmosphere.
